Here are a few of the most frequently asked questions that we receive. If you’ve got a specific question, call or email us and we’ll do our best to answer it.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. If you are insured by one of our accepted providers, payment of all copays, deductibles, and/or coinsurance are due at the time of service. As a service to you, our office will bill your insurance company. Please bring proof of insurance to your appointment.

How do I get directions to the office?
Our office is located at the corner of 90th Street and Roe Avenue in Prairie Village. Directions

Where can I park?
There is parking right outside of the office on the ground floor just a few steps away from the front door.

What are your hours?
Appointments are available Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and on Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

What if I have an emergency when the office is closed?
Don’t worry. A dentist is always on call. Simply call 913.385.9003 and follow the after-hours instructions.

Do you treat children and adults?
Yes. The dentists and staff at Cope Dentistry will make sure that you receive the highest quality dental care regardless of your age or life stage. In many cases, we treat three generations of the same family.

Do you accept insurance?
We participate with a number of dental insurance providers. Because the list does change, please verify that we accept your insurance plan when you make your first appointment. Please bring proof of insurance to your appointment. As a service to you, our office will bill your insurance company.

Can I be billed for my service?

What if I need a specialist?
Should your treatment benefit from the expertise of a specialist, we have strong relationships with some of the best in the area and we are happy to refer you.

Where can I find new patient forms?
The forms you will need to complete prior to your visit can be found online. When these are completed prior to your visit it will reduce your time in the office.
