Stacey was born in Belton, Missouri on the Richards-Gebaur Air Force Base. She earned a degree in early childhood education from Northwest Missouri State University and has worked as a preschool teacher and nutrition education specialist. Stacey is a self-proclaimed “crazy cookbook collector” with 300+ books in her library. She enjoys a nice cup of tea and says, “No thank you” to coffee! Stacey loves spending time with her grown daughter, Alexandra, traveling, and hanging out with her rescue pups, Karma and Elsa.
